I went in today at 2:45pm. Kenzie got me in and was rude. I was explainingthat i like a fade and the top thinned and she kept cutting me off saying "i just need to know how short you want it". I almost got up out of the chair and left but decided to stick it out. She ran the clippers over my head so hard and fast that she tore skin on one of my ears and was jerking my head around. When I got home, my neck was itching and burning. She cut my skin along my whole back hairline! It's currently red and swollen. I wish I could post a picture. It didn't hurt when it happened but it's really burning (about 15 minutes later). Definitely will specify a stylist next time so I don't get her.

The service was great. Didn’t have a lot of time they got me in and out fast . Even got the MVP which was very relaxing. Will definitely be back!!!!!
